Introduction
Creative Multimedia was a topic given to think about . Mind map had been done to show what we get from Creative Multimedia . As we know Multimedia is media and content that uses a combination of different content forms. The term is used in contrast to media which only use traditional forms of printed or hand-produced material. Multimedia includes a combination of text, audio, still images, animation, video, and interactivity content forms.After knowing what does Multimedia mean ; how do we define creative ? Creative is a new idea or a new way of doing things. Creativity is the ability to think up and design new inventions, produce works of art, solve problems in new ways, or develop an idea based on an original, novel, or unconventional approach. Creativity is the ability to see something in a new way, to see and solve problems no one else may know exists, and to engage in mental and physical experiences that are new, unique, or different. Creativity is a critical aspect of a person's life. From Knowing the meaning and understand the terms of Multimedia and Creative . We get a lot of idea from the topic creative multimedia . For example Arts , Technology , Creativity , Faculty of Creative Multimedia and etc . From those idea we gathered . We have decided to take Art as the main topic .
After much of discussion , we have decided Art as our topic . Why do we choose art ? Well very simple as the student of the Faculty of Creative Multimedia art is everything to us . We see art everywhere . What does art define as ; art is use of skill and imagination . With this skill and imagination it creates an object , environment or experience that can be shared with others . Beside having imagination and skills ; art describe several things . It is a study of creative skills , process of using it and how audience react and experience with the creative skills . Art is not an object or something that has creativity and beauty on it , the true value of art can generate strong emotions ; every piece of art tells a story .

In art there are multiple genre ; for example minimalism , contemporary art , digital painting , abstract , fine art , fashion , design and architecture . Design is considered applied art . Applied art is the application of design and aesthetics to objects of functions and everyday use .A lot of people out there thought that contemporary art is something new , but the truth is it has been created since 1970. Minimalism has been used as a trend whereby the object is reduced to its necessary elements . Fashion is consider an art . Fashion means clothing generally and the study of it . In fashion they have their own genre . With all this genres , it gives artist and designers a brand new idea ; something fresh for the audience to adore . To give audience a fresh piece of art , artist and designer tend to collaborate different genre together . A great example can be seen is in the fashion industry , the late Alexander McQueen , has collaborated abstract art into his fashion line with symmetrical design . Besides having art added into fashion , architecture too uses art to give a fresh new design . For example minimalism , architect uses minimalism to convey the meaning of simplicity . Minimalism is highly used in the architecture industry for it expresses the basic elements of an object the use of lines and planes organized in very particular manner .

Everything we see or do relates to art , the typography in newspaper or magazine is an art , the bulding around us is an art , the clothes we wear is an art . Art is so important that everything we do and use is an art . How do we relate art in Creative Multimedia . Art in creative . Creativity is the thinking of a designer or an artist , everything in this world is an art , when the stuff you think is beautiful there is where creative comes in , creativity is the discover of new ideas or concepts , or new associations of the existing ideas or concepts . Creative is both originality and appropriateness . Art in multimedia , everything designer uses “multimedia” to create their art work . The term multimedia applies in all the application that is available today , such as adobe creative suite , corel painting , autocad , autodesk and etc . With all this applications designer and artist are able to do anything . They can create abstract arts using softwares , they can merge fine art with abstract arts using softwares . Designer and artist can even use music to add-on to their artwork . It is clear that Creative Multimedia are co-related with art .

In conclusion art is just like a palate of colour , it helps to colour the world . The world needs improvement , art does not only beautify the place it also delivers message . A message that tells the world what art truly mean . Creative Multimedia and Art is a way to deliver the message . It is how we try to combine genres , to produce an art work that gives a fresh idea on how does art can strongly relates with creative multimedia . That is how we define Art in the new generation .

WEEK10 Randam Word / Image Association

Week 10 lecture is talking about Random Word and Image Association. Random Association is an idea generation method which allows students to systematically generate new ideas through a fixed formula.

This week lecture, Mr Razid was given us a exercise, it is about “How to make a person stop smoking in 6 months” by using traffic light to list out the solution. We have to use sign, mental dirty as a feature of the traffic light to find out the solution to help smoker to stop smoking in 6 months.

PERSONAL REFLECTION WEEK 9

This week we have a lot of activities compare with last few weeks. I am very happy about that, for me it is more interesting. I prefer have a lot of communication within lecturer and students, because it can make us closer and closer and we would afraid to ask question, so no comment on this week I think lecturer was done a good job.

WEEK 8 JUXTAPOSITION

This week lecturer also discussed Juxtaposition with us. What different compare with last week?? This week we went to the deeper part of the Juxtaposition.

This week we discussed what analogy is. According to the lecturer notes, they have 2 types of analogy, first is metaphor and another one is similes.

Metaphor is a figure of speech in which 2 different things are linked by some similarity. It is not using with the word “as” and “like”. Example, Life is a box of chocolate; you will never know what you will get!

Similes is a figure of speech comparing two unlike things, often introduced with the words "like" or "as" Example, she smile is like a candy so sweet.

PERSONAL REFLECTION WEEK 7

We had a short lecture in this week, though it was a short lecture but lecturer listed out a lot of example so we can understand it clearly. I personally like the example of advertisement of HSBC bank. This advertisement let me understand what is Juxtaposition.

WEEK 7 JUXTAPOSITION

Week 7, our lecture is about JUXTAPOSITION. Juxtaposition is about compare and contrast with 2 objects. According to Wikipedia, Juxtaposition is synonymous with contrast, two objects or texts that oppose one another. Random juxtaposition is two random objects moving in parallel, a technique intended to stimulate creativity.
Actually we can use juxtaposition to compare or contrast 2 objects to make our idea more interesting and creativity. Below are the examples the lecturer given to us.

PERSONAL REFLECTION WEEK 6

I think Mr.Radzi Bedu gone good job in this week. He make interaction with us, and he also help the student to solve their problem 1 by 1. though not all student, but we can see his conscientious.

I not feel boring in his lecture.:-)

2010 NEW FUNCTION OF MORTAR AND PESTLE

This is an active we did in class. We have to choose 3 word inside the mind map that lecturer gave and try to design a new function of the mortar and pestle with the word that you had been chosen.

MORTAR AND PESTLE

Mortar and pestle is a kitchen tool to mix and grind absences for example vegetables, herbs, medicines etc. they are very heavy. Some of them are making by hard wood, marble, clay, or stone.

Mortar is like a bowl shaped and the pestle is look like a mini baseball bat shaped handheld tool. How to use them? Put the substances inside the mortar and use the pestle to mash it. This is the function of the mortar and pestle.

WEEK 3 MYSELF

In this world, not people that 100% perfect. Every one sure have negative icon inside their body, jealous, selfish, childish, lazy etc. I also, I got a lot of negative icon. I believe it is uncountable, but I only list out some of them. If I write down all in my mind map I believe 100 pieces of paper also not enough of me. hahahaha…

NOVELTY. CREATIVITY. INNOVATION. INVENTION

This week our task is going to discuss about Novelty, Creativity, Innovation, and Invention. The history and its significance to the society.

First, let we discuss about novelty. What is novelty? Novelty actually was derived from Latin word novus for "new". According to the Wikipedia novelty is the quality of being new. It also refers to something novel; that which is striking, original or unusual. The term can have pejorative sense and refer to a mere innovation.

For creativity, is a process to involve the discovery of new ideas. According to the Vickie Ferguson creativity is essential to individuals in order to express feelings, thoughts and ideas in a way that reflects who we are. The outlet or medium is whatever process works best to ensure the individual gets their message across, it is understood, and the form of expression may be subtle, loud or visual.

While as define in Wikipedia, Innovation is a new way of doing something new stuff that is made of useful. It may refer to incremental and emergent or radical and revolutionary changes in thinking, products, processes, or organizations.

What is invention? As an invention is a new composition, device, or process. An invention can take from a pre-existing model or idea, or it could be independently conceived in which case it may be a radical breakthrough. In addition, there is cultural invention, which is an innovative set of useful social behaviors adopted by people and passed on to others. Inventions often extend the boundaries of human knowledge or experience. An invention that is novel and not obvious to others skilled in the same field may be able to obtain the legal protection of a patent.

The reflections on lessons learned

In my opinion, novelty, creativity, innovation and invention the meaning of these 4 word almost same. However in education, technology, society, they play a very important role in our day live.

Defining Creativity

When u saw the Christmas tree at the back, I think u will know when they take his photo. Yes, last year Christmas, in front of the Pavilion. There have a lot of Christmas decorations there.

Why I will choose this photo as Creative Portrait of My Friends, because of their poses. Malaysia is a topics country, cannot like other country have 4 season. So a lot of Malaysians desire to celebrate their Christmas in winter. My friends also hope can do so, but because they are student not afford to buy air ticket so they only can stay at Malaysia to celebrate Christmas.

Maybe they are to desire to celebrate Christmas in winter so they try to act cold to let people feel they are celebrate Christmas in winter.

Introduction to Creative Studies

Creative studies this subject is a very interesting subject. When the first time I saw my time table. Wah, this class from 4.oopm until 7.00 pm. Oh my god, I thought I will sleep in class, because this class take very long time. When I attend the class actually this is not that boring. Lecturers will show us a lot of interesting videos and they will do interaction with us.

For my expectations from the class is I hope lecturers can upload the notes before we attend the class, so we can do revision before we attend the class and anything we are not understand we can focus on that topic. Then we can understand it clearly and easily.
